Nature always provokes a response. An instant one. A pure one. Each time you open a door or a window and see and feel the day for the first time, you react. You shiver or you sweat but you do something and a something usually unconsidered and sincere. Your pupils widen or contract. You adjust to the light and temperature. involuntarily.

This is all because of the nervous system. And what a nervous system I have, a fine mess of weird reactions, strange obsessions, odd afflictions.
